Looking for spouse

Hi guys so basically I am a young man who was born and raised in the UK but I am originally from Pakistan. Now I am the age where I find it appropriate it to get married and would like to marry a woman who was born and raised in Pakistan as I am not really into woman who were raised here for various reasons. I don't want to ask my family to find a woman for me as they know nothing about what I want in my future spouse so I would like to come to Pakistan and find a woman myself. My plan is to go and approach woman in public which is pretty normal in UK but now sure how normalized it is over here so I just wanted to know whether or not approaching woman in public is ok or not, is it seen as offensive?, and what would be the ideal way to approach a woman here for the idea of marriage? Would really appreciate tips
