Kowkis?

I’ve shipped from Kowkis before no problem, but I ordered hiya Gmk, and it’s passed customs and is in the US. But it says it has “arrived at the port of origin” but doesn’t that usually mean it’s where it’s where it first came from? It’s been stuck like that for 4 days now. Is it normal or is it like bugged?
