Credit Card Debt Help/Questions

I’ve got a large amount of credit card debt ($30,000) on a card that has a high interest rate so it has been hard to pay it off. I need help on best next steps - personal loan or no interest credit card?? Literally have no clue where to begin and what would be the best. TIA!
