How to get Darryl Hypercharge Skin, Pin, etc

I have been looking for so long but i can't find a way to get it. The last time the offer was released it was like 3 years ago. I have been asking Supercell Support all month and they keep saying "Stay Tuned and check the shop daily! 😁" like just help me out already.
