Moving to Dubai

Hi, I’m a 28M, single, currently based in Fujairah and relocating to Dubai soon due to work. My office is located in Business Bay.

I’m looking for a studio apartment with a budget around AED 30–35k per year. I’d appreciate any suggestions, especially considering commute.
