Be aware of this guy!!!! There should be a mass report, this cannot happen. Is the game blindd? Please help!

I recently played with this "player" he was playing yummi as we see in the LINK, but the important thing is how he was playing!

He wasn't playing at all- he was like a tick, he just attaches and does nothing, no q's, no heals, no vision, no nothing. He is actively trying to lose LP for his teammates, and he had done that in 30+ games. How is this even allowed, isn't he mass reported?

He is actively DERANKING without any punishment!

Please guys we need people like this to get banned, he is ruining the experience for everyone
