Where to next?

We traveled to Thailand last February for our honeymoon. It was our first time and Asia and fell in love, specifically with Chang Mai and Bangkok. We would love to go somewhere else similar, that can offer the quaintness of Chang Mai and the fun, fast, liveliness of Bangkok. Any suggestions?
