Error #37

Has anyone else run into error #37? I was near the end of a workout, moving from standing alternating push-pull to middle chest fly, when it came up and stopped working. Phone support said to unplug the unit and wait 24 hours but didn't have any other suggestions. The machine is only 10 months old and under warranty, but I'm still hoping to get back into things asap. Thanks for any ideas about how to move forward!
