Has anyone noticed a link between forward head posture and jaw/neck pain?

I’ve been reading more about how posture, especially forward head posture from phones/desks, can affect the jaw and neck, and it made me curious about others’ experiences.

From what I understand, forward head posture can increase load on the neck muscles and change how the jaw sits, which may contribute to tension, headaches, clenching, or TMJ-type symptoms in some people. The jaw, neck, airway, and upper back seem more connected than we’re often told.

I’m not saying posture is the cause of chronic pain, but for some people it seems to be one piece of a bigger puzzle.

Has anyone here noticed changes in jaw pain, headaches, or facial tension when working on posture or neck alignment? Or found posture didn’t matter at all?

Would love to hear different experiences.
