People quitting on the last hole.

Question. I was playing this guy on ranked matchmaking. It was tight throughout. I was up by 1 on the last hole. The guy hit a bad tee shot and I hit a good one. He quit. I don’t think I got any points. Is this correct? If so, that’s a flaw they should fix. Also, what a rude thing to do.
