please help me find a place to celebrate my 25th in September (rainy season)

September is generally rainy in PH. I’m considering Vietnam as well but a lot have been saying na maulan din, may landslide pa na nangyari in some areas.

I know weather is unpredictable so I just want to play it safe kaya I’ll stick na lang with PH.

I’m from Metro Manila considering the ff:

• Boracay
• Cebu (Moalboal Sardine Freedive)
• Bohol (Adventure Park to Bungee Jump)

I’d appreciate your thoughts and other recommendations if any.
