Still very new to Reddit . Is it allowed to link my content from outside Reddit in the chat feature?

I am noticing I get lots of chat request from other Reddit users who are curious about my outside content. I have the links in my bio but am curious if it’s allowed to send these links in chat. It may be a dumb question but I do not want to violate the governing rules.
