Windows 11 w/ older Tascam Interface or DAC

I finally purchased Ableton 12 after years of not making music much, I have an an old Tascam UH-7000 USB interface, and a a Benchmark DAC 3 which is more for Hi-Fi/ listening, not pro.

I tried using the Benchmark, it should work with Ableton as an output interface and I currently use it as my audio device normally, but I couldn't get Ableton to see it. I switched it into USB 2.0 mode and tried every combination of unplugging/turning off PC etc.

The Tascam I can't even get to show up to the PC, and the Tascam software couldn't even see it, I am guessing it's just a combination of old hardware, the Tascam software, with Windows 11 that isn't going to work.

If anybody has advice on a fix or a well-made modern interface for PC I'd appreciate it.
