Terrified to feed 6 month old due to biting

Little man got teeth a few weeks ago and been biting ever since. Each time I can’t help but scream and he cries or laughs… I’m getting so scared of each feed and popping him off earlier than I probably should. I planned to quit at 6 months anyway, but I really enjoy bf and have a great supply so decided to keep going but I actually don’t know if I can with the biting. The anxiety of being bitten is making my let down so slow, I love breast feeding tho it’s the little smiles and our connection is just the best. But I am so scared I can’t cope, I’m starting to dread each feeding session specially the one before bed which I used to love. Any suggestions? Or maybe I’m just looking for someone to say it’s ok to quit who know. Crying while I type this and cried while rocking him to sleep tonight…
