Mobile orders and incorrect food

I need some advice on how to handle a situation… my local McDonald’s often forgets to add my $1.20 piece of cheese to my McChicken. Now, let me start by saying that I get this buneless, extra lettuce, extra mayo, add cheese, pickles, and tomato and cheese, of course. When they bring me my food through the pick up line or through curbside pick up, this said item is at the very bottom of the bag. I cannot reasonably pull everything out of the bag and double check this item each time I order it.

I am not a complainer. I don’t call stores when they mess up on an order. I just usually leave it alone however I’m paying $1.20 for a piece of cheese and I’ll be damned. I want my fucking cheese. 😂

Calling the store to be told to bring the food back up for a remake or driving back up there isn’t usually an option either because this happens at between nine and 11 at night, and I am not driving back up the road.. I’m exhausted and ready for bed. So I typically let it go. But last night was the final straw. As I sat in my curbside number three spot there was not a single vehicle to enter the drive-through. Despite them not being busy they still forgot my damn cheese. They’ve probably stolen $10-$15 in cheese in the last two or three months and I’m getting fed up with it.

What would y’all recommend I do in this situation? I’d love some advice!
