Advice/tips going into hospice nursing

I’m starting a position as a hospice admissions nurse. It’s about 80 percent inpatient and 20 percent in people’s homes. I’m coming from a step down floor and long term care before that. Any advice/tips that I should know or anything I should study/read up on? Thanks!
