Need help to see if my plan works

Hey r/mangalore folks! A group of 8 dudes pumped for a 2-day adventure:

Tempo booked, ~₹3.6k/head for 4 days(we cover 2 days coorg), mixed veg/non-veg.

Tuesday: Kaup → Mangalore AM beach walk, St. Mary's Island ferry (fingers crossed 🤞), Udupi temple/shopping, sunset beaches(too many beches enroute to urwa 🤯 - help) , stay near urwa ,dinner/market stroll ~8 PM.

Wednesday: Mangalore → Station Tannirbhavi sunrise (1-way ferry), breakfast, Kadri/Aloysius/Pilikula sci park, museum/Mangaladevi, seafood lunch+ veg options nearby, cashews/Gadbad, station 4 PM train buffer. 🚂

Need help with:

• Is St. Mary's Island ferry working?
• Is bioluminescence kayaking available?
• Any local secrets or must-adds? -Food/places must trys
