Can't find dwarf scroll 4 anywhere!

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there's a specific way to get Dwarf Scroll 4? I've finished the mine, I've already replayed it completely, and I have 3-5 copies of scrolls 1, 2, and 3, but I can't find scroll 4. Am I missing something?

Another question: I had a tent in my inventory (earned from carp fishing event) and I can't find it anywhere. Is it possible for items to disappear, or did I just accidentally drop it into the bargain bin?

Thanks in advance and sorry if the terms are not exact I'm playing in french
