Bios post lights and crashing

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded my pc’s motherboard and since then, I have been getting a brief red cpu light and brief yellow ram light on boot. The system still posts and boots to windows, but I occasionally have freezes and crashes.

Specs: i7 14700f, msi b760 gaming wifi, rtx 5060.

I have the latest intel microcode (0x12f) and xmp profile 1. Whether or not xmp is enabled, I have the same lights. Could it just be that those are the colour of the leds during post?

Also, the system randomly crashes when doing nothing sometimes. It has happened 2 times with a blue screen, and once with just a freeze and I had to force it to shut down.

The system was completely normal with my old h610-g motherboard, and I have installed new drivers.

This is really stressing me out so any help is greatly appreciated.
