Gear advice for ninja wanted

Ok so while bored today I started upgrading my stock pile of old gear to hit better stats on champions. My question is with Ninja (mostly used in boss fights, CB, and a hydra team, given the following change in stats which direction would you go?

I would sacrifice 10 attack going from 6287 to 6277, 10 crit damage 300 to 290 and 25 accuracy (380 to 355) but gain and additional 22 speed from 230 to 252.

With the content I use him in and normally pair with Mikage would sacrifice of the other stats be worth it to gain a bit more speed for additional attacks to ramp up his passive?
