Is this a sign from God?

Hello! I'm kind of new to religion and Catholicism as a whole. Today when I was cleaning out my jewelry box I found a medal of St. Anthony holding baby Jesus (I googled it). I have no idea where it came from Is this some sort of sign from God? Does that sort of thing happen? If so what could it mean?
