in person interview and shadow

hello all, i have been asked for in person interview and shadow their clinic. i received a call and she invited me for shadow. there was no initial virtue interview. i read a post like we should take little pad with us and take notes, umm like notes of what? and what questions should i ask. and basically what to write . thanks in advance
