Would Stopping Progesterone be a Good Idea For a Stalled Transition?

I've been trying to figure out why my transition seems stalled in the last few months after a strong start and I am slowly narrowing down things that might be hurting more than helping. My Estrodiol levels were around 650pg/ml and I lowered my dose to get my trough levels to around 250pg/ml and mentally I am a lot better with the obvious peak days not being super moody and things like that. I think its been a good change and I am still in range with my T only going from 11ng/dl to 32ng/dl during the switch with no spiro or any other anti-androgen needed. I switched to injections from pills and ironically while my T levels were helped get in range my transition has really stopped since then.

My thought now is that maybe the 200mg oral progesterone is not doing what it is supposed to do since my breast growth has been basically nothing since getting buds and I have been on it since starting HRT a year and a half ago? I can tell they aren't growing since the same bras I bought at 3 months only stopped fitting since I needed a smaller band size, but the cups are still not full at all. Im a 34A or maybe B and they don't really feel like breasts and are kinda hard. Can't really tell where the bud is either anymore

I am on dutasteride for hair growth and that has been been helping but I see a lot about how it can change what happens to oral progesterone in the body and that's why I'm thinking that it isn't working for me. Is anyone on dutasteride done well with prog or is it something we shouldn't be combining?
