I wonder if he's sad that he can't have children in a homosexual relationship. That seems so tragic to me to have urges that, if acted on, prevent a person from being happy. Perhaps this lashing out is cathartic for him.

I know gay couples that have had children...so not sure what you are talking about. If you are suggesting that they are upset because they cannot create a child that shares both of the parents genes...I would have to direct you to heterosexual parents that have adopted or used IVF, and if they are sad and act out similarly.

Chances are, there are people that are just assholes, and this dude happens to be an asshole that is gay.

Ahh, I see it is Dan Savage...he is kind of an asshole but also just likes to stir up shit and say outlandish things.
