Game Stuttering

So out of nowhere, my game started stuttering really bad. I have a 5070ti GPU, Ryzen 7 9800x3d CPU, DDR5 32gb of RAM, and it’s stored on a high speed SSD so there shouldn’t be any issues running the game. I have the graphics set to high and haven’t changed anything. The game ran perfectly fine before this started a few days ago but now it won’t stop. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix to it? This is the only game that this happens with.
