Physical credit card deliveries gets routinely stolen

Every time I’m mailed a physical credit card, it gets stolen on the same day it appears in USPS Informed Delivery and is then used for fraudulent transactions. The same thing happens to my partner who lives at the same address.

I’m pretty confident our mailbox is secure: we live in a serviced residential building in NYC with a concierge and a staffed mailroom. We regularly receive valuable mail via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other major couriers and have never had issues with stolen mail...except for credit card deliveries. Other bank mail is delivered without issues.

I’ve filed a complaint with the USPIS and provided all supporting documentation (Informed Delivery screenshots, bank fraud alerts, etc..)

Is this a common issue in NYC? Is there anything else I can do to prevent this? Thank you in advance!
