Our plants have pests and it frustrates me

We’re selling calatheas right now, and they’re selling really well because they’re beautiful. I have a green thumb and have lots of houseplants, and I was telling a coworker that calatheas are one of the few plants I don’t want because they almost always have spider mites. Sure enough, when I walked over and checked them, they all had spider mites. The plant nerd in me wants to warn customers that they are likely about to mess up their other houseplants, but the corporate sheep that’s wants to stay employed in me wants to keep my mouth shut. It’s a conundrum.
