What Investors Need to Hear From the New CEO at the JP Morgan Conference
First of all, the new CEO needs to clearly lay out the company’s future at the JP Morgan conference—where growth is coming from, what’s being developed, and the overall direction going forward.
On top of that, there should be a more detailed explanation of the company’s financial situation. Investors want to hear concrete things like how much spending has been reduced, what percentage costs were cut, and how the runway looks.
And most importantly, clinical results need a clear timeline. If the company can confidently say, “The results are expected in this month,” that kind of certainty matters. When investors hear that, the reaction becomes:
“Oh, things are actually moving along. This looks like something we can believe in.”
Clarity and confidence go a long way.
