Anyone from 1st year interested in giving CFA L1 this year?

I'm from SGGSCC, 1st year BCP, wanted to know about the eligibility criteria, like when's the earliest one can give the L1 exam (23 months from graduation). What exactly is meant by graduation 3rd year or 4th year completion And if it's by the 3rd year, which attempt can one give at the earliest August or November 2026? Also wanted to connect with some like minded peeps who're interested in CFA and CAT preparation in the subsequent years.
