48-year-old former hedge fund operator, former crypto participant, and long-time hard-money silver advocate deliberately restructuring my personal balance sheet. I am currently embedded in a high-rent fiat housing obligation and intentionally seeking a radically simplified arrangement—a room, garage conversion, or minimalist shelter with restroom access—in order to redirect capital away from depreciating currency constructs and toward disciplined savings and productive allocation.

The objective is to reduce monthly housing outlays to approximately $700 per month in equivalent value, preferably denominated in hard money, with silver ounce conversion determined by real-time price discovery. I am open to rent paid directly in silver and remain flexible to thoughtful counteroffers that reflect mutual alignment rather than conventional rent assumptions.

This is not instability, hardship, or escapism, but a conscious lifestyle optimization and an exit from a debt-maximized housing paradigm. I am seeking intellectually aligned individuals who understand monetary history, the post-1873 distortion of silver, and the long-term consequences of engineered price suppression. Quiet, respectful, and non-disruptive—no parties, no noise—just focus, learning, and intentional living outside the prevailing fiat-debt model.
