what do I do ? M stressed

Hey everyone

I paid full 1st semester fee but later froze it for medical reasons. My 2nd semester fee was adjusted to Rs 64,375 and issued before the due date (06 Jan 2026). Now QALAM shows Rs 136,425 with late fine, as if I were a regular student paying Rs 133,000 (or 136k after due date). Has anyone faced this? How did you get the correct voucher reissued and the fine adjusted? Any tips appreciated. What do I do? I've mailed them all just now. Will they correct it?
