Lost Access to Tinder Account Due to Temporary Phone Number - Any Solutions?

Hi all, I used a temporary phone number to sign up for Tinder and now I’ve lost access to that number. I’ve been logged out of my account, and I’m not sure how to get it back. Is there any way to recover my account, or is it permanently lost? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
