Reddit This is my solution to the College Football Playoff being PEAK!!!

My 2 examples are 2024 and 2025 season after the rules

Playoff rules: 1: 9+ win Conference Champs 2: (blanket rule) 9+ win Conference Runner-ups are promise a Playoff berth 3: teams must play 12 games and won at least 9 games to be eligible for playoffs 4: Conference champs and runners up effects other conference seeding 5: all P4/P5 programs can have up to 4 teams on a ballot (they must qualify) 5a: if CC qualify must be 1st, if also CR qualify must be one of the remaining 3 5b: if CC doesn’t qualify CR must be 1st and all other eligible teams must qualify 5c: if a P4/P5 conference leave off a team with a better record than another team. That team will be eligible to enter as an independent and not a conference team. Allowing them to receive any benefit and the conference receiving nothing. 6: base off wins bracket is set (P4/P5 or independent schools) 7: G5/G6 schools must go undefeated to be eligible for playoff berth 8: At-Large P4/P5 teams are eligible to jump ballot teams from other conferences if they have a better record
