Why isn’t my insta360 x5 generating anymore Moments?

The x5 generated 1 Moment after 1 day of using it at Disneyland. It turned out really good, and I was very impressed.

It’s been 9 days since that 1 Moment, and I’ve taken videos every day but it hasn’t generated another yet. All the videos are uploaded to the cloud and the app is updated. They’ve been all been shot in Video or Pure Video mode and range from 3 to 9 minutes.

Is there anyway to trigger the app to produce a moment?

I’ve used the Auto Edit feature, it’s good with a lot of templates but for some reason doesn’t quite hit the mark yet as I’m new to all of this
