Thoughts on second monitor

I have a 27" 1080p 240hz monitor, looking to get a second monitor, im probably looking at cheaper alternatives as i dont need that high refresh rate on it. Should i just get a cheaper second monitor, and does it need fo be same resolution, what are some good budget options.
