I genuinely believe something paranormal is happening to me
I just moved back in with my mother and ever since I have I feel like I’ve had something (or someone) following me. My dogs ( who passed a few years back) kennel has been moving/blowing over and it’s not light enough to do that. I can hear something in the bushes by the river, but whenever I go to check it out it’s not there. I know it’s not one of my cats or dogs, it sounds far bigger (plus I keep my eyes on my animals when this happens) I’ve heard things calling my name, I’ve had the urge to go outside at around 12:40-50am every night for the past couple of days and I HATE being outside in the dark.
I called up a friend and explained everything and she’s a paranormal believer as well. She believes she had a ghost living in her house and she said to me; “Last time you were here and left, I haven’t had a paranormal experience since.” (It’s been a couple of weeks since I last saw her)
My dog has been acting very weird as well, he’s been barking and making like a groaning noise? Yknow when dogs do that really low awoooo but it sounds like a groaning noise? He’s never tha noisy at night time but he’s been super active at night. My other dog, has been barking at thin air and recently found this bone looking thing I can’t figure out what it is. She didn’t want to pick it up, and just kept barking at it.
I’ve felt things LITERALLY grabbing at me and poking/almost pushing to the point where I think it’s one of my friends but they promise it isn’t. I’ve never had any bad paranormal experiences, but lately for some unknown reason I’ve been super paranoid to the point where I cannot sleep or go back inside until my mother or brother brings me back in. Everything feels very off, I myself feel off. Like I’m not me? Not entirely sure how to explain it but everything feels heavy and suffocating.
I’ve done so much research and I can’t find much, so I’m hoping therapy will help with the paranoia until I can get some sage
