Need Endo excision specialist / no ablation. NJ area & Horizon NJ health accepted

I had a horrible lower pack pain / pelvic pain episode back in October that left it hard to bend over & sit. Since then, the back pain subsided but I definitely cannot bend as easy as I once did. I suspect I am also having constipation issues because of that episode because now in December I have started to have trouble with passing like I was. I know I have a thick uterine lining and cysts on two ovaries, so ultimately I suspect I have endometriosis because of the symptoms mentioned. I need help finding an endo excision specialist in the NJ area who will take Horizon NJ health if anyone is aware. I’m so scared & hope I can be fixed.
