Hey Reddit, I wanted to share something personal.
Before I was a developer, I spent my life building things with my hands in construction. I loved the craft—the foundation, the planning, the physical result. But when debilitating back problems forced me into retirement and left me classified as disabled, I was heartbroken. I thought my days of "building" were over.

That void led me to a new kind of architecture: Software Development.
For the last 10 years, I’ve channeled that same builder’s discipline into code. I approach an app like a physical structure—it needs to be reliable, powerful, and beautifully engineered. Natural AI is the culmination of that journey. It connects my lifelong passions for nature and technology into a tool built for fellow explorers.

What is Natural AI?
It’s more than a scanner; it’s an intelligent field guide powered by Gemini.
🔍 Identify Anything: High-accuracy ID for plants, insects (like that "Bone-Collector" caterpillar!), birds, and rocks.
🎵 Birdsong ID: Record a clip or just describe the sound in words to find the species.
🪄 The Magic Wand: It doesn’t just name the animal; it analyzes the photo to tell you what the creature is actually doing.
🗺️ Explore Tab: Get custom trip itineraries, gear checklists, and find the nearest pub or restroom within 2 miles.
🎨 3D Studio: Turn your real sightings into "3D-style collectible figurines" (requires sign-in, 2/day while in development, the limit will rise)
🛡️ No Fakes allowed: We use AI forensics to flag anyone trying to pass off AI images as real nature sightings.

From Construction Worker to AI Developer: I built a "Swiss Army Knife" for nature lovers after a back injury changed my life.
