Registered Rep OBA question

Hello. I have a TikTok I make food reviews on however some restaurants are reaching out to do collaborations with them (free meal if I post about my experience). Usually I would have to leave a good tip after. I am wondering if I need to report this as an OBA as it’s not considered income but it’s considered idk?
