People who say "just block them" to others who have been cyber bullied

Really really hate this because it's pretty obvious they're just trying to downplay it. No matter the platform, it's still bullying. Many factors can affect this like blackmail, using alt accs, the cyber bully knowing the victim's location, manipulation, etc. and it's mind boggling how there are people that just gloss over that fact just so they can go "oh it's not that deep just block them." Even if it weren't the case, even if it was just an insult in a comment section, simply blocking them isn't going to erase how someone felt because of a comment.
