How to grow followers on X? ( i will not promote)

Hello folks, i’ve been building AI native saas in design and development space and i want to start creating content on X.

Initially I have started putting thoughts and some journals about building but i am not even seeing any reach.

What is the exact blueprint to grow followers and create an audience on X?

As per my research, I’ve understood that one needs to start engaging with other people’s post and pages and then promote from there.

I’ve been able to build good reach on LinkedIn but with X i am unable to move the needle. Please help!
