What color should each type of liquid be?

I thought that the following was universally agreed:

Yellow: diesel Red: petrol Brown: heavy oil Green: Enriched oil Teal: oil (kinda useless) Blue: water

White: emply petrol or diesel can.

But I have seen dark blue to be used for petrol a lot.

So what is it now?
