rx 6600 vs rtx 3060 vs rtx 3060 ti

Hey Im building a budget pc and just wanted your opinion which one is better for my build I already have r5 3600x and want to know if at 9k pesos i can buy either 6600 or the 3060. I can even stretch my budget to 11.2k for the 3060ti but my main concern is already bought a free sync monitor 144hz 1080p but it on has hdmi 1.4 and no display port, im worried that i would get screen tears with Nvidia gpus.
