Veryy Urgent Any One Please Help Me With This!!!😭

So from IFSO Special Cell Delhi my account is freezed. So I tried making a gaming withdrawal (on 5th December)to this account but the money was not deposited to the account. After 15 days the bank account got frozen stating the acknowledgment number amount and the Date. I saw my bank statement (jio payment bank) But i can't see any kind of money deposited on that day or in whole december month. I filed RTI and got to know that the FIR has been filed from via NCRP on 20th of December. I am very worried about this situation and very very tensed. I don't know what to do. I am writing multiple mail calling to them but they are saying that they won't freeze the account unless the amount is credited. But I cant see any such amount and on that date I did payment less than 100 rupees and the amount they are stating is 7200. What to do in this situation. Written multiple mails to the bank but no help they are re directing me to seek help from cyber cell Today I got an notification from Indian Post that the documents is booked and the Article number. But tracking it says it unavailable. I'm tensed as I don't want my parents to come in this coz they are old and gooingggg on with treatment.
