What to do in Vegas in January?

Ill be there for 4 days and 3 nights for my birthday. I know there are loads of lounges, bars and clubs, and I'd love to hear everyone's favorites. I'd also love to know about other activities in Vegas like favorite shows, games, etc. Not really looking to gamble.
