YT music doesnt work when connected to the Internet

For about a year and a half now youtube music simply does not work when connected to the Internet for me on my phone, when I play music it stutters then crashes the app, to listen to music I need to quickly download to an offline playlist and listen to music with WiFi and Data turned off

Does anyone know what can be causing this as it also happened with my last phone and is not isolated to this phone

Before anyone says update things everything is updated, cache is cleared, battery optimisation is off etc
