[Hiring] Hiring Short-Form Video Editors / Clippers – $45 USD + Performance Bonus (Long-Term Opportunity)

Task Overview
We’re looking for skilled video editors/clippers to create 5 short-form clips from content provided by 2 creators.
The focus is on engaging, high-retention clips optimized for short-form platforms.

Compensation

• $9 USD per clip (5 clips total)
• +$1.50 bonus for each clip that reaches 1,000 views
• +$6 bonus for each clip that reaches 10,000 views

Strong performance will be rewarded, and high-quality editors will be prioritized for ongoing work.

Requirements

• Prior experience with short-form content is preferred, but not required if you can demonstrate solid editing skills
• Must be comfortable communicating in English (clear back-and-forth communication is important)
• Ability to follow direction while also suggesting improvements is a plus

Long-Term Opportunity
If the results are good, this can turn into regular work, with expected earnings of $300+/month or more depending on output and performance.
