Looking to buy 3BHK flats in Bhubaneswar

Hi,

I need suggestions in terms of locations and Good builders as I want to buy a 3BHK flat in Bhubaneswar and will be living there. Since I don't stay in Bhubaneswar right now, I want to get some suggestions from the community as to which areas and which builders to look at. I don't want to go to extreme outskirts of Bhubaneswar in terms of location.

I know Utkal builders make decent quality properties. I am ready to go to 1.5 Cr to buy a new one.

Any suggestions and leads will be really helpful. :)
