We have 50k visitors a month but nobody is signing up for a trial. Is our traffic fake?
We are a project management SaaS. We have done a great job with SEO, or so I thought. We get about 50,000 unique visitors a month to our blog. We rank for high-volume terms like "what is project management" and "remote work tips." The problem is, our conversion rate to a free trial is 0.01%. We are paying for server costs to host all these people, but they just read one article and bounce. My team thinks we need to optimize the "Call to Action" buttons, but I suspect the problem is the traffic itself. We are attracting students and freelancers, not enterprise buyers. How do I pivot our SEO strategy to target "High Intent" buyers even if the search volume is lower? I need a strategist who understands B2B buying cycles.
