Becoming An Athlete

Does anyone know how people become Athletes? I always assumed that you had to be an affiliate first, and after that you’re eligible to become an Athlete.

I’ve followed Kelbi Mueller for the past few years, and noticed that she suddenly started wearing Oner in November or December (I’m 90% sure that she never wore Oner before now). Over the weekend she started posting her affiliate code, and now her TikTok bio says Oner Athlete. It’s strange that Oner would have someone who never wore their clothes become an Athlete.
